the staff helped me with my luggage. the room was spacious and comfortable. the location was central to many attractions.
the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. the pool was very cold . the night watchman played loud music late into the evening i found that disruptive.

The room smelled AWFUL, like sewage!!! I reported it, and they tried to fix it, but the stench remained. the night watchman was rude. He played music loudly until late at night, not caring that my kids were trying to sleep. He watched football on his phone. It was so frustrating!!!

the staff we encountered were friendly. i enjoyed spacious rooms it has and they were cleaned daily. it was good.
the wifi did not work well because there was no code available. the room was small and i felt a little uncomfortable it seemed not like what was advertised.

The staff was kind. They assisted me in contacting a taxi driver when I needed help. The rooms featured lovely Moroccan decor and design.
The shower water had an odd smell, slightly off-putting.

The hotel is a short five-minute walk to the main square making it easy to access local attractions. It is easy to find, simplifying arrival and departure. This proximity allows for convenient exploration of the city.

Breakfast service was consistently good with a decent variety of food. I pre-ordered a delicious dinner of Tagine with Olives served upon my arrival. The quality of the ingredients used in the meals was very noticeable.

Youssef and Rachida were especially friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The staff helped me with my luggage upon departure early in the morning. Their attentiveness added to a positive experience.

My room was spacious and cleaned daily offering a comfortable environment. Air conditioning worked very well maintaining a good temperature. The hotel provided good proximity to many places as I could walk down to the souks.
